Who we are

The Road to Nowhere started as a project to promote sustainable eco-tourism in National Park Pirin and the region of Bansko. So far we have mapped and marked 196 km of cross country and downhill mountain bike trails around Bansko.

We are a not for profit organization supported by a group of dedicated volunteers. Over the years we’ve had huge support from the Bansko Town Hall, National Park Pirin and the Hotel Avalon.

The Road to Nowhere is an ongoing project. If you would like to know about our future plans or you would like to get involved, please feel free to contact me.

This is our second year organizing the Road to Nowhere Rally to promote the trails we’ve created.
